After purchasing our solar from another company that scammed us, we were introduced to Monument Solar. They came in and took over as if we were a customer from installation. Every issue we have had has been fixed without hesitation. In June 2026, our solar wasn’t producing. Eduardo was helpful in assisting me with troubleshooting before sending a technician out. We are two hours from their location, so I know he was trying to help us avoid the service call. Rolando was sent out to us and even though he was here the whole day, he was able to work with Enphase to resolve our issue. He was personable and professional. I had some concerns about maintenance before installing solar panels, but they addressed everything clearly during the consultation. They explained what kind of upkeep is required and how often it should be checked. The installation process was smooth overall, and the team worked carefully without rushing. They took time to review my past electricity bills and explained how the system would perform month by month. I appreciated that they didn’t guarantee unrealistic savings. Installation went smoothly overall, though one day had to be postponed due to rain. The team handled everything professionally and kept the area clean. The people that run this company are extraordinary.  Down to earth, yet professional.  Krista would tell me about her day, laughed at my jokes (I told her I’m the funniest person I know), Hard working yet always had time for me.  Krista would give me her suggestions when I needed help with other things.  She even texted me while she was out of town with her family.  I told her not to do that.  She and her family deserve to get away.  I can wait. Due to my solar company and greedy roofing companies, I had been trying to get this roof replaced since July 2025, with no success.  Krista was right on it.  She contacted the solar company the very next day with a plan of action and sent them pictures of the flaws of our solar panels, which they needed to fix.  That is a whole other story that the solar company (Freedom Forever Solar) kept putting off for 11 months.  Krista just kept on them.  She got what was needed and in April 2026, her wonderful crew did an excellent job. After the job was done ( in one day), they surveyed the job and the property. Then they came back the following day and surveyed again, to make sure everything was picked up.  My previous roofer from 12 years ago, left nails all over the yard and driveway.  🙄.  Not Monument.  I haven’t found one nail to go into my tires or my dogs paws, my grandson’s feet or our lawn mower.  They gave me an unbelievable price for top quality roofing that includes lifetime transferable warranty. This company was the topic of many conversations in my house, due to their integrity, quick responses and quality.   The crew was outstanding, Eddie is phenomenal, Adam (Krista’s other half) is so knowledgeable.  What an incredible team!!! I sent this text to her, right after the roofing was completed… Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.  You are unbelievable!  Now, if the rest of the world would have half your care, integrity, motivation and all the business sense that you have, I wouldn’t hate talking to people so much.  lol. Where do you want me to leave a review? She was elated that I noticed her hard work.  That makes me sad because everyone should notice.  She deserves that.  So, if you are lucky enough to experience these amazing people that built this company, be sure to tell them! Thank you to all of the people of Monument Solar and Roofing. Can't say enough about what Eddie and his team did. My initial solar installation was done incorrectly, resulting in some system failures that were covered by my warranty. When the team came out, they diagnosed not only the current failure, but also the installation issues that needed addressing.
